Insurance:
For most major Insurances I am possibly in network but to be sure always contact your particular plan to ask if I am in network or out of network for your particular plan. All clients are asked to do this prior to scheduling to assure you know your plan benefit, out of pocket cost, and co-pays prior to a first session.

Cash, check, and all major credit cards or debit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay $75.00 no show or same day cancellation policy.
